    * non-truetype font version works again!

NetSurf 3.1 Release Candidate 1

    * added support for WallGet download manager by marcik.
      Use option download_manager to choose between:
      wallget, httpresume, wget.
      Wget works with modern file host sites ie. Dropbox.
    * simplify search of resource files
    * handle Amiga keys
    * works 'out of the box' now. No install script.
